Next year’s HSC and equivalent exams are planned to be held in the middle of June. For this reason, the HSC test has to be organized in February and the results would be published by March.
Speaking to The Daily Campus on Wednesday (December 13), Inter Education Coordination Board President and Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Chairman Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar said this.
He said, no specific date for the start of next year’s HSC examination has been finalized yet. However, there are plans to start the exam in mid-June. After the election we will prepare a draft exam routine and send it to the Ministry of Education. If the ministry approves, the exam routine will be finalized and published.
In response to the question when the results of HSC and equivalent re-examination will be published, Professor Tapan Kumar further said that the work of re-examination of accounts of those who challenged the board is underway. The result of the re-examination will be published by December 2. Meanwhile, the selection or test examination of class 12 students to participate in HSC and equivalent examinations next year will be held in February. The result of the test will be published in March.
